End of the Year Regeneration

By June 17, 2014 No Comments

It’s here: the end of the regular academic year.

There is now a break before the influx of first year student-athletes in the second summer session. It’s a short window for student-athlete development professionals to do some important business. It is time to effectively manage your regeneration.

Just as you need to manage your work time effectively throughout the regular academic year, it is as important to manage the coming regeneration time. If you don’t think you need a break, you’re wrong.

You can’t work effectively throughout the year without effectively regenerating yourself at this time of year. Be strategic about it.

Plan it.

Maximize it.

Embrace it.

Effective regeneration time will make you better at what you do.
