Vin McCaffrey is the founder and CEO of Game Plan, one of the fastest growing software companies in athletics. Vin founded Game Plan in 2008 as a process to help college athletes find jobs. It has grown and transformed into a platform that integrates eLearning, mentorship, and career services for athletics organizations with a vision to guide 100% of athletes through 100% of their journeys. Today, Game Plan supports over 250 athletics organizations including over 200 colleges and universities, the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLS and many more.

Prior to founding Game Plan, Vin worked for Lexmark, the Marwood Group and Ricoh Corporation in various sales, and corporate development roles. Vin is a 1998 graduate of Lehigh University, where he was a member of the men’s basketball team. In 2008, Vin received his MBA from Indiana’s Kelley School of Business. He is passionate about using his background and experience to help athletes on and off the field.

Max joined Game Plan in 2021 as the Chairman of the Board. Prior to his time at Game Plan, Max was co-founder of InXAthlete, a platform that connected businesses with collegiate student-athletes to generate career opportunities. Max joined the team as a part of the InXAthlete merger with Game Plan. Through his successes of building a start-up, Max leaned on his long-time wrestling experience at Lehigh University to guide him through the ups and downs, as he was determined to carry out the mission of InXAthlete. When he’s not working, Max spends his time in the gym and coaching local wrestlers.

Christian Kuehne is Game Plan’s VP of Athletic Organizations. Christian was born in Morbach, Germany and joined Game Plan after coming to the United States to play tennis at both the University of the Pacific and the University of South Alabama. After playing Division 1 Tennis, Christian obtained his Master of Science in Sport Management from Florida State University and an MBA from East Carolina University. While at ECU he worked as the Assistant Men's Tennis Coach, assisting the tennis team with all aspects of the Tennis program including recruiting, scheduling, and marketing.

Christian has been with Game Plan since 2016. His experience playing tennis and coaching along with his MBA and Masters in Sports Marketing have prepared him well to help Game Plan grow and support our valued customers.

Kevin is Game Plan's VP of Product Development. His leadership and ability to articulate the platform vision and needs to the development team are critical to the continued growth and development of our product.

Kevin Davis is also the Managing Principal & CEO of Professor K Enterprises, a talent management company serving emerging leaders seeking consistent growth and advancement in their careers and business ventures. In addition to his corporate background, Kevin has led recruiting and marketing of the Texas Christian University Neeley Executive MBA Program (TCU EMBA) since 2009. Before launching Professor K Enterprises, Kevin had a successful 10-year career at Sabre Holdings, a world leader in travel commerce. Kevin reached the executive level after only five years of service at Sabre Holdings due to his excellent performance as a marketing analyst, product line manager and director of business development.
Kevin has an MBA in Marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Luke joined Game Plan in the Spring of 2021 as VP of Finance and Operations. Luke was introduced to Game Plan through the merger with InXAthlete, and has since become a valuable member of the Executive Team. He attended the University of Colorado where he studied Biochemistry and Finance and played for the Buffalo's Rugby Team. His experience in private equity, deal structure, and financial analysis has led naturally into a financial & operations role at Game Plan. Luke handles AP and AR for the company, strategic deal review, reporting, and many other aspects of day-to-day financials and operations. Luke lives in Colorado with his Girlfriend and their puppy, Asparagus (he prefers Gus). When not crunching numbers, he spends a lot of time skiing, in the gym, or whipping up something in the kitchen. He is a passionate sports fan, especially of the Colorado Avalanche, and is excited to be working in the athletics world.

Worth Gregory is the Director of Marketing here at Game Plan. Worth builds company awareness by developing and executing on marketing strategies to meet consumer needs. Managing and creating promotional messaging and products, and working to publish or distribute them to the public via media, advertising, and social media. Worth also heads up the PR+Communications around partnership releases, announcements to market as well as activation.

He loves all sports, but football is his passion. Worth was a redshirted punter on the Alabama 2012 National Championship team. He then transferred to East Carolina University where he was a three-year starter and academic all-conference from 2013-2016. At the end of his collegiate career he had a brief stint with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Post-graduation Worth entered college football coaching where he was the Special Teams Assistant at Utah State. He then moved onto NC State where he coached special teams in 2019. Worth’s role is an ideal fit where he can leverage his experience on the field and in coaching to market Game Plan’s benefit to athletes.

Tom joins Game Plan from his most recent post as the Chief People Officer of a global marine engineering, professional services, commercial, and innovative industrial talent acquisition firm.As the Chief People Executive of Human Resources, executive suite member, merger & acquisition HR strategist, and HR technologist of a 4,000 employee innovative talent firm, Tom architected and led all HR strategies. These included client workforce solutions, implementations, and revenue generation across all client, legal, regulatory, and administrative environments. Tom strategically developed all HR functions, resources, and optimized HRIS investments in a private equity environment.

As an active member of SHRM, HROA, ATAP, recruitDC, and the HCI, Tom’s rich HR background includes organic ETTA, RPO, MSP, VMS, HRIS, ATS, BPO, and SaaS strategic client solutions to drive client business outcomes on both regional and national levels. Tom has cultivated strategic client solutions for market leaders such as Adecco, Pontoon, ManpowerGroup Solutions, Aon, Advantage Resourcing, Staffmark, Recruit Global, and Berkshire Associates as a proven leader in employer services, sponsorship, and talent strategies.

Game Plan has invested in clients by investing in Tom as an HR consultant, optimizing all functions of human capital as a CPO, VP of HR services, VP of Strategic Client Workforce Solutions, National Talent Solutions Executive, and Senior Director of Revenue. With the athletic DNA for winning, Tom demonstrates motivational leadership and high level strategic consultative HR solutions that drive organic revenue growth via optimized sponsorship and talent strategies. Tom also brings over 12 years of experience evaluating strategic growth and development of talent solutions of global leaders in workforce solutions serving Fortune 500 companies in the public and private sectors.

Tom’s foundation includes an M.B.A in Management and Ethical Business Strategy (Loyola University MD,) an M.S. in Educational Leadership and Chemistry (St. Joseph’s University, PA), and a B.S in Neurobiology (University of Pennsylvania). At Penn, Tom was a D1AA All-American and All-IVY football player while winning 3 IVY League Championships as a team captain. Tom has coached student-athletes for 34 years, including coaching in the NCAA as a D1 associate head coach and DIII Head Women’s Basketball Coach. In a family full of student athletes, Tom has been married to Holly Gizzi for 26 years and has two daughters, Hannah (24) and Leah (22).

Jurman Leveston is the Game Plan Manager User Experience and Brand Director. Jurman is responsible for all creative elements of Game Plan including our website, course content, marketing materials, and platform user interface.

Jurman interned at Game Plan when he attended East Carolina University. After graduation, he expanded his skillset by doing creative design for other design firms. We were fortunate to have Jurman return to Game Plan where his vision and eye for design have been invaluable!

Hannah Rosen is a Game Plan Customer Success Manager. She works with our customers from different athletics organizations, including high school, college, and professional organizations, to guide them through successful deployment and use of our platform.

Prior to joining Game Plan, Hannah played lacrosse at Radford University. She helped lay the foundation for lacrosse at Radford on their inaugural team as their first goalkeeper. In Radford’s program history, Hannah is in the history books a total of 21 times. Her legacy spans the individual, career top-10, single-season, and year-by-year record pages. She still holds the mark for career saves.

Hannah is as passionate about taking care of our customers as she was protecting the goal. She is our go to person when it comes to helping our current college customers.

Tim Whittle works in employer relations outreach on both the career sourcing and sponsored content side. Tim brings a connector personality and a coaching background to the Game Plan team. Whittle served as a college basketball coach for 17 years with stops at Macalester College, Washington University in St. Louis and Sewanee: The University of the South (TN). With an additional six years in corporate finance with SunTrust Bank and MLB's Florida Marlins, his unique experience brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

Whittle loves to learn and helping others drives him, as if he were on the court performing! As a player, Tim was a four-year letter-winner at Washington University and received a Master’s in Education degree from William Woods University (MO). In his free time, Tim Whittle coaches youth and high school basketball at the Catlin Gabel School and the Oregon Flash to stay connected and give back to youth sports. He lives in SW Portland with his wife Beth (21 year college swim coach) and two kids, Summer and Banks.

Julie McCaffrey is Game Plan's VP of Sales Enablement & Talent. She is responsible for recruiting and hiring, training, benefits, and culture. Julie joined Game Plan in 2018 after 25 years of Sales and Management with Fortune 500 companies. Although Julie was not a college athlete, she is a master juggler. She juggles many different roles at Game Plan including the responsibility for the care and wellbeing of the Game Plan Mascot, Chip.

Julia Hatcher


Julia Hatcher joined Game Plan full-time in Spring of 2021 as Copywriter & Athletic Organizations Coordinator. Prior to joining full-time at Game Plan, Julia was a 2021 graduate of Michigan State University where she studied Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and played for the Spartan’s volleyball team.

While finishing up her last semester of undergrad and college athletics, Julia joined the team as a Digital Marketing intern where she wrote weekly content for Game Plan’s social media channels. In her free time, Julia enjoys spending time with friends and family, at the gym, or cheffing it up for her unrecognized foodie Instagram account. She loves sports, especially the Michigan State Spartans, and is excited to continue working in athletics.

Tayler Onion joined Game Plan as a Customer Success Manager for College Athletics in June 2021. She works with various college athletic departments to guide them through successful deployment and use of Game Plan’s all-in-one athlete development platform.

Prior to Game Plan, Onion served as the Assistant Director for Student-Athlete Enhancement at USF since August 2017. In her role, she oversaw Leadership Advancement, Community Engagement, and Personal Enhancement for the Enhancing U program. In addition to those areas of oversight, Onion directed all aspects of USF’s Student-Athlete Leadership Academy, for which she led the development and implementation during the 2018-2019 academic year. She also served as lead event manager for special events in athletics such as Welcome Back, A Day in Green and Gold, and the Stampede of Champions. Onion also assisted with advising the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).

Before arriving at USF, Onion served as an Athletic Academic Advisor at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. At SIU, she advised football, baseball, women’s basketball, volleyball, and men’s and women’s tennis. During her tenure, Saluki student-athletes posted the highest departmental term GPA on record, and the baseball team set a program record team GPA while in season during the Spring 2017 semester. Onion also created SIU’s student-athlete development program, the Developing Athletes With Goals (DAWG) Program. In its first year, the DAWG Program saw Saluki student-athletes complete more than 1,000 hours of community service, donate over 1,000 items to local food pantries, and raise more than $19,000 for local charities. Onion also served as the Chair of the planning committee for SIU’s inaugural student-athlete awards banquet, the DAWGSPYs.

Onion also had stints in Athletic Academic Services at both Western Illinois University and the University of Memphis.

A two-time graduate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Onion earned her bachelor’s degree in Advertising (’13) and her master’s degree in Sport Management (’14). She was a three-time Academic All-Big Ten selection as a volleyball student-athlete at Illinois. While completing her master’s degree, Onion served as the event management graduate assistant for Illini Athletics.

Onion is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration at the University of South Florida and is slated to complete degree requirements in 2022. In addition to her academic pursuits, she is a member of Women Leaders in College Sports (WLCS) and the National Association of Academic and Student-Athlete Development Professionals (N4A). A graduate of both the WLCS Women’s Leadership Symposium (’15) and the Institute for Administrative Advancement (’19), Onion currently serves as a Circle Call Lead for the WLCS Academics and Student-Athlete Development Circle.

Bailey MacNab joined Game Plan in June of 2021. Prior to joining Game Plan, MacNab served as the Director for Cadet-Athlete Development in the Center for Enhanced Performance at Army West Point. There, she founded and led initiatives such as the Life after Sport Transition program aimed at supporting cadets beyond their athletic career. In this role, MacNab collaborated across directorates to support the holistic development of cadets and the mission of creating leaders of character.
Before her time in Cadet-Athlete Development, MacNab served as the Director of Football Academic Support for Army West Point, where she assisted cadets in strengthening overall academic skills, time management strategies, essay organization, and test preparation with the goal of encouraging academic excellence and fostering independent learning, competence, character and confidence.
MacNab completed a Graduate Assistantship at the Cox Communications Academic Center for Student-Athletes at Louisiana State University in 2015, where she worked closely with the men’s and women’s basketball programs. During her time at LSU, MacNab provided academic support and advising, facilitated weekly academic meetings, and worked with a diverse population of student-athletes. 

Prior to her time at LSU, MacNab was a full-time Academic Counseling Intern at the University of Massachusetts Academic Services for Student-Athletes, where she acted as tutorial coordinator and academic counselor.
MacNab holds a Master of Arts in Education degree from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Cody Newton, Manager of Corporate Partnerships at Game Plan, has managerial expertise and a breadth of experience in corporate partnerships, specifically amongst financial institutions. With his experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity and Financial Technology, he has garnered a deep knowledge of Corporate Development and Go-to-Market strategies.

Post-graduation Cody began his career as an Investment Banking Associate at Source Capital Group, followed by acting as a Director of Business Development at Insignia Capital Group. Prior to joining Game Plan, he was a Manager of Corporate Partnerships at Axial, a Financial Technology Company based out of New York City.

Cody played his college athletic career at Lehigh University on the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse team, where he was a 2 time Patriot League Champion. He was named to the Patriot League All-Academic team twice as well.

Alex King is Game Plan’s Director of sales for collegiate athletics. A former Student-Athlete himself, Alex played football at Duke University for 4 years before doing a graduate year at the University of Texas where he also spent a year coaching. After leaving collegiate athletics, Alex joined Teamworks from 2015-2019 where he helped grow their college division from the bottom up. In his free time, you can find him deep sea fishing and spending time with his son, James.

Margaret DeBruhl joined Game Plan in June of 2021 as a Multimedia Designer, and she is excited to create digital content for Game Plan! She is a recent graduate from East Carolina University, where she worked as a Creative Media Intern for ECU Football and as a camera operator for the university's ESPN broadcasts and Pirate Video team. During highschool, Margaret played volleyball and soccer on state championship teams. In her free time, you could find Margaret sailing, taking pictures, or cooking!

Kevin Slattery joined Game Plan in July of 2021. Prior to joining Game Plan, Kevin was the Director of Football Creative Design with Navy Football in Annapolis, MD. While at Navy he led the football team’s creative effort across social platforms as well as in recruiting. Before that, Kevin was the lead creative with ECU Football in Greenville, NC from 2016 to 2019.
