U.S. Council for Athletes' Health Renews Partnership With Game Plan

Game Plan and the U.S. Council for Athletes' Health (USCAH) are excited to announce renewal of their partnership to offer eLearning on athlete health safety and wellness through the Game Plan platform. Through this collaboration, there are 10 new and improved courses that focus on mental health and wellness, in addition to the courses that Game Plan continues to host in the NCAA-required health, safety, and wellness topics.

With over 300 years of experience in athletic healthcare, USCAH provides valuable knowledge and experience in the space. USCAH understands that the ever-increasing complexity, regulations, and demands on athletic organizations are growing and they are eager to help support athletes and organizations all over the country through this updated eLearning. 

In the area of mental health, refreshed eLearning topics include Mental Health in Sport for Athletes, Mental Recovery Techniques, and Resilience and Grit, while new courses added this semester are Anxiety, Depression, Mental Health and the Injured Athlete, Mental Health Emergency Action Plans, Mental Health in Sport for Coaches and Support Staff, Social Media and Mental Health, and Stress in Sport. Through a diverse set of topics and offerings, USCAH will provide athletes the resources they need to live a healthy life in and out of sport.

USCAH education is live on the platform and is readily accessible for schools across the country to utilize. This effort to provide best-in-class mental health and wellness education to athletes everywhere will continue to allow Game Plan to support 100% of athletes through 100% of their journey.
