We are excited to announce our most recent partnership with Rutgers University Athletics and the Scarlet Knights. Leveraging our new Career Marketplace feature, the Scarlet Knights will have the ability to generate new sponsorship revenue while improving the career outcomes of their student-athletes.

Rutgers’ athletic department is eager to integrate Game Plan’s newest features into their current student-athlete development programs. Shawn Tucker, Executive Associate Athletics Director, Rutgers Leadership Academy (RLA), shares:

“As the needs of our student-athletes continue to evolve and grow, we’re looking for new, innovative ways to improve their experiences and support them in achieving better outcomes, and for us, Game Plan helps us to do just that. Through Game Plan, we’re able to efficiently connect student-athletes with high-quality employment opportunities and have also created new opportunities for our department to generate sponsorship revenue and manage the various employers and organizations that we work with.”

The new Game Plan Career Marketplace will provide Rutgers student-athletes with access to new job and internship opportunities offered by our national network of employers. In addition, Rutgers can add job and internship opportunities offered by their sponsors, alumni, and local employers, to our Career Marketplace to make the job search process easier for their student-athletes.

In addition to Game Plan’s Career Marketplace, Rutgers student-athletes will receive the personal and professional development support through Game Plan’s eLearning modules and assessments in order to help support their transitions out of college athletics to life after sports in their new careers.

Welcome aboard Scarlet Knights!
