Game Plan is seeking an energetic and determined Customer Success Manager who will take great pride in helping our customers achieve the best possible outcomes with our software platform. This position will be in our headquarters in Greenville, North Carolina.
You’ll be responsible for the entire customer experience, from onboarding to renewal. You will work with our collegiate, youth, and professional athletics clients serving as the will be the main point of contact for clients in regards to implementation, best practices, product expansion, and more.
