About the Process

Game Plan U is a career connection tool that sits on top of Game Plan’s learning management system that has 150,000 annual users. Eventually, every athlete will transition out of sports and into a career. That’s where Game Plan U comes in. We ask our athletes if they want help getting a job. If they opt-in to that help, they then complete a career survey that categorizes them into specific talent pools. As a Game Plan U employer partner, you gain access to the candidate data profiles among the athletes that fall into your category of hiring interests. In addition to accessing the data, Game Plan U’s engagement team notifies all Game Plan U athletes of your company’s opportunities. Your candidate data is constantly updated with new athlete candidates throughout the year.

How Can My Company Become a Game Plan U Partner?

Our engagement team vets every employer to confirm they have a real intent to hire and offer credible opportunities. Game Plan U offers a Bronze, Silver, and Gold package. To become a partner you first have to become a bronze member, which grants your team, annual access to candidates. Game Plan U works with 1,000 – 5,000 active candidates a year. As a member, you have access to the athletes whose career interests align with your requirements.
