Athlete Viewpoint to Continue Its Leading Data Collection Platform as Game Plan Analytics

Game Plan, the leader in total athlete development, is pleased to formally announce the successful integration of Athlete Viewpoint after acquiring the survey and data assessment firm in September 2021. Athlete Viewpoint is now Game Plan Analytics, elevating the all-in-one education and career services platform to new heights.

Game Plan Analytics features are now available to the company’s nearly 900 athletics organization partners. It serves as a comprehensive, expert solution for capturing, analyzing, and responding to the voice of the athlete quickly and efficiently.

Athlete Viewpoint was founded in 2016 by leadership and board certified coach Jennifer Cross and former NCAA Division I athletics director Michael Cross. It quickly became a prominent analytics tool for extracting stronger, more actionable feedback on the student-athlete experience.
Game Plan began to integrate Athlete Viewpoint’s curated survey library, proprietary dashboard, and industry benchmarking abilities into its existing platform immediately following the acquisition. Not only was the process seamless, but it also allowed for the introduction of brand-new features such as “Tell Us,” which allows for confidential or anonymous reports from athletes with ongoing feedback on their experiences.

Jennifer Cross, who continues to serve as Game Plan’s Vice President of Professional Services, said responses to the combined solution have been extremely positive. “Administrators see the value of applying research analytics directly to eLearning content for programming that better meets student-athletes’ needs.
